Cancellation Policy

 

The minimum renting period for this property is 7 days.



1. Flexible Cancellation (Up to 15 Days Before Check-In)

  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before check-in for a full refund, including all fees.

  • If a guest cancels less than 15 days before check-in, the first night is non-refundable and 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded.

2. Check-In & Early Departure

  • If a guest decides to leave early after check-in, nights not spent are not refunded.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

  • In the event of government-imposed travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond either party’s control, guests may be entitled to a full or partial refund in accordance with our discretion or applicable platform policies.

5. Reservation Changes

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in. Rate differences may apply.

6. Communication Requirement

  • All cancellations or change requests must be communicated in writing (email or booking platform message).
